On Sunday, Coastal Carolina announced that quarterback Grayson McCall has been released from the hospital following a scary hit he faced during Saturday’s game against Arkansas State. McCall was injured in the fourth quarter during their 27-17 win when he was sliding and collided with defensive back Trevian Thomas in the head. He was later carted off and gave a sign while leaving. McCall remained in the hospital overnight for tests and observation.
