A large international study has discovered an association between consuming a higher amount of dairy — especially whole-fat varieties — and lower rates of hypertension and diabetes, the rates of which are rising in the U.S.Participants included nearly 150,000 people from 21 countries, including Africa, Asia, Europe and North and South America.
