Ty Cobb, a former White House attorney from 2017 to 2018, says former President Donald Trump “will go to jail” as the criminal investigation into the Mar-a-Lago documents case continues. The National Archives recently found records allegedly proving Trump knew he shouldn’t have taken documents with him to Mar-a-Lago. This contradicts Trump’s claim that he did not know taking the documents was wrong, as well as his repeated false claims that he was allowed to take the documents. Cobb spoke with Erin Burnett about the investigation in an interview on CNN. “I wouldn’t necessarily expand the case ...

A legal team working for Donald Trump found at least two documents marked as classified in a storage unit in West Palm Beach, Florida used by the former president. The items were turned over to the FBI as part of the investigation into whether Trump complied with a subpoena issued in May requiring him to turn over all classified materials. The documents were found along side wrestling belts that Trump had collected. The new findings indicate that Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, where the FBI found hundreds of classified documents during a raid conducted over the summer, was not the only location wh...

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) said on Sunday that he believes former President Donald Trump illegally kept classified documents when he left the White House as “a trophy,” rather than using them for leverage. “I think it’s much more likely they’re a trophy that he walks around and says, ‘Look, I’ve got this. I’ve got this classified document or that,’ because remember something, he can’t believe he’s not president,” Christie said on ABC’s This Week. According to the Department of Justice, Trump failed to turn over classified documents to the National Archives, which is required by ...

Former Vice President Mike Pence condemned his fellow Republicans on Wednesday who have spoken out against the FBI for executing a search warrant on Donald Trump‘s Mar-a-Lago residence last week. “The Republican Party is the party of law and order,” Pence told a crowd at Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire. “And these attacks on the FBI must stop; calls to defund the FBI are just as wrong as calls to defund the police.” “I also want to remind my fellow Republicans we can hold the attorney general accountable for the decision that he made without attacking the rank-and-file law enforcement pe...

Former President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that he encourages the release of the search warrant that was used in giving the FBI access to his Mar-a-Lago residence on Monday evening. “Not only will I not oppose the release of documents related to the unAmerican, unwarranted, and unnecessary raid and break-in of my home in Palm Beach, Florida, Mar-a-Lago, I am going a step further by ENCOURAGING the immediate release of those documents,” the former President wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social. “Even though they have been drawn up by radical left Democrats and possible futu...

Former President Donald Trump suggested on Wednesday that if the FBI found incriminating evidence during their search of his Mar-a-Lago residence, they had planted it there themselves. “Everyone was asked to leave the premises, they wanted to be left alone, without any witnesses to see what they were doing, taking or, hopefully not, ‘planting,’” Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social. “Why did they STRONGLY insist on having nobody watching them, everybody out?” The Justice Department executed a search warrant on Mar-a-Lago as a part of their investigation into the former Presid...

Former President Donald Trump has charged the Secret Service over $40,000 this spring alone for spacers that Trump’s protective force used while guarding him at his Mar-a-Lago Club. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club charged Secret Service $396.15 every day starting January 20th, when he left office and moved into his club in Florida. The charges continued through April 30, with a bill totaling $40,011.15. The Post also reported that while Trump was in his office, Trump’s properties charged the Federal government more than $2.5 million, mostly for Secret Service agents to use rooms near him. At the late end of fundraiser at Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach last week, former President Donald Trump sat down four hopefuls for Ohio’s upcoming Senate race in a meeting where the four fought for Trump’s endorsement. Former Ohio state Treasurer Josh Mandel, former state GOP Chair Jane Timken, technology company executive Bernie Moreno and investment banker Mike Gibbons sat at a round table Wednesday night with Trump while the former president posed the four increasingly inflammatory questions meant to force the Senate-hopefuls against each other. All four hopefuls tried to convince Trump that the...

On Tuesday, former President Donald Trump was seen entertaining guests at his Mar-a-Lago club without abiding by COVID-19 precautions. Footage from a recent event at the resort shows the former president hugging people maskless. The event occurred after a coronavirus outbreak among “some staff” forced the club to partially close just days before. In photos, Trump is wearing a suit and tie and is speaking to guests on a balcony at the resort, where membership costs up to $200,000 a year. Trump has been living at the Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach since leaving the White House in January. After...

Recent findings indicate that high-paying members of former President Donald Trump‘s Palm Beach golf club, Mar-A-Lago, played a major role in his administration’s Veterans’ Affairs Department and Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Dr. Bruce Moskowitz, despite having no government position, regularly corresponded with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the White House and very likely the Department of Health and Human Services. Calendar records show that Moskowitz had several calls with then-CMS Administrator Seema Verma. Moskowitz and another Trump friend Ike Perlmutter...
