A Hong Kong press group has sought to challenge the revised rules for accessing the government’s vehicle registry. US funded-news outlet Radio Free Asia (RFA), which had been accused of being “anti-China” by Beijing-backed newspapers, is set to withdraw from Hong Kong, local media have reported citing sources.
