US Justice Dept restricts use of chokeholds, 'no knock' entries
Washington (AFP) - The US Justice Department on Tuesday prohibited the use of chokeholds by federal law enforcement agents except in rare circumstances and imposed tight restrictions on so-called "no knock" entries.
