The letter states that the tents will not be permitted as of November 30 unless the business has a Building Permit and Certificate of Occupancy for the structure. We asked Jason Gleason, Montclair BID director, if heard from his members about the letter.“Yes. J. Lo Does Sexy Duet With Maluma At AMAs
Jennifer Lopez and Maluma premired their two new songs, “Pa’ ti” and “Lonely,” with a sultry performance at the American Music Awards this Sunday. The performance started with Lopez’s performance of “Pa’ ti,” where she danced solo on a table wearing a skimpy bodysuit. The sex appeal of the performance was then ramped up by the heavily filtered light on the performance, which was at first cross shaped but soon transitioned to bars that were evocative of the jail cell set behind her.Maluma soon appeared on the stage, and the music transitioned to the song “Lonely,” leading Lopez and Maluma to per...
Kiss the economy Trump built goodbye if Biden rejoins costly climate pact that the world's biggest polluters won't follow
By Duncan SmithWithout question, one of the top reasons why we want President Trump to successfully fight the vote fraud that stole this election is because his successor, Joe Biden, will ruin the massively successful economy the president built. We know this — as does the president — because of policies Biden says he’ll pursue once in office. One of them is to rejoin the Paris Climate Accords negotiated during the Obama regime, which was marked, of course, by a crappy economy. The dirty little (open) secret is this: Rejoining will not only tank the U.S. economy, but it’ll also give our enemies (...

NASDAQ (INDEXNASDAQ: .IXIC) remains in consolidation mode
November 23, 2020 Update: The tech-heavy NASDAQ Composite (INDEXNASDAQ: .IXIC) could remain range-bound for now as tech stocks have been underperforming. Both tech and growth stocks are expected to underperform in the coming days.Credit Suisse analysts said in a recent report that they’re concern about tech stocks is the fact that they have seen strength capped at the top of its multi-year channel top from 2009. Further, the NASDAQ 100 has been well above what they see as a typical upper extreme. They believe the risk of a more important topping scenario can’t be ruled out heading into the yea...
