China’s Vice-Premier Han Zheng commended visiting Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam and her administration on Friday for achieving “notable results” in implementing the national security law and combating the coronavirus.The Hong Kong leader met Han in Beijing as part of a five-day trip to China ahead of her annual policy address.
