DETROIT — Attorney Todd Russell Perkins said the large Black Lives Matter sign attached to a tree in front of his Grosse Pointe Shores home isn’t going anywhere. Even if the city says it’s too big. “I’m not not conforming with the law. If you read the local ordinance it says 7 square feet for a political candidate or ballot initiative. N.J. attorney general tells prosecutors to stop pressing charges for small amounts of marijuana
