    San Francisco (AFP) - Twitter announced a new initiative Monday to enlist users to flag misinformation on its platform through a project known as Birdwatch.     Washington (AFP) - The United States is leading rivals in development and use of artificial intelligence while China is rising quickly and the European Union is lagging, a research report showed Monday.     San Francisco (AFP) - Google said Monday it would make its facilities available for Covid-19 vaccination sites as part of a new initiative to help speed the rollout of inoculations in the United States.
