In a court filing, lawyers for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) requested that 19 out of the 20 articles of impeachment against him be dismissed. Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, the personal lawyer to Donald Trump, has explained in a new interview why he will not be representing Trump at his upcoming impeachment trial.
