Judge Rules Trump’s Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf Is ‘Unlawfully Serving’ In Office
On Friday, federal judge Paula Xinis ruled Chad Wolf is “likely unlawfully serving” as acting secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
