The Michigan Wolverines football program is being investigated by the NCAA following accusations of sign-stealing. The University of Michigan and the Big Ten have been notified by the NCAA of the investigation. In an interview last weekend, Michigan Head Coach Jim Harbaugh said that he would personally raise the babies of anyone in his program if they were unable to care for them.
