The Pentagon has announced Sunday that a U.S. military drone strike in Kabul, successfully blew up a van that had “multiple suicide bombers” inside. The U.S. Capitol Police have evacuated several buildings around the Capitol after a man sitting in a pickup truck outside the Library of Congress claimed to have explosives. Police negotiators are communicating with the man after officers noticed he was holding what resembled to be a detonator.
