Bibimbap: Korean rice and vegetable dish
Ingredients for approx. 4 servings: 20 g shiitake mushrooms (dried)100 g brown or wild ricesalt1/2 cucumber1 tbsp sugar2 tbsp apple cider vinegar125 g spinach leaves1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)3 tbsp sesame seeds1 carrotPepper (from the mill)3 spring onions200 g tofu3 tbsp. soy sauce2 tsp. chili paste (e.g. sambal oelek) Preparation: 1.
