Sophomore transfer won equivalent honor at FCS level last season Nebraska's Brian Buschini was named Wednesday to the 49-man preseason watch list for the Ray Guy Award, presented each year to the nation's top punter. The sophomore transfer already has a national honor under his belt. He was named the 2021 FCS Punter of the Year and a first-team All-American at Montana, a Football Championship Subdivision school. Huskers resume spring practice after 10-day break The Huskers returned to practice Tuesday after a 10-day layoff for spring break, there was much talk afterward about special teams from coordinator Bill Busch.
