‘Degrassi’ star Jahmil French dead at 29
Actor Jahmil French, best known for playing Dave Turner on teen drama series “Degrassi: The Next Generation,” has died, his spokesperson confirmed to the Daily News Tuesday. He was 29. “I can confirm my good friend, co-worker, and all around inspiration, Jahmil French, passed away yesterday,” producer Joshua Safran, who worked with French on Netflix’s “Soundtrack,” tweeted.
