On Thursday, a man was sentenced to three years in prison for sending Dr. Anthony Fauci, the chief medical adviser to the President and head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, threatening emails. Thomas Patrick Connally Jr., a 56-year-old man from West Virginia, admitted to sending Fauci seven threatening emails to his NIAID work email account through an encrypted email service.
