The German fan alliance Unsere Kurve will recognize Bayer Leverkusen's achievment to end Bayern Munich's reign if they claim the Bundesliga title this season, but stressed it will leave a "bitter taste." RB Leipzig will make their team bus available for a small group of fans for the return trip from Wednesday night's Champions League last 16 match at Real Madrid. Some fans may have difficulties returning to Germany on Thursday and Friday because of planned strike action by the entire ground staff of German carrier Lufthansa which has led to wide-ranging flight cancellations.
