Ukraine can use Finnish-provided weapons to strike Russian territory, Finnish Defense Minister Antti Hakkanen told the Finnish Broadcasting Company on Feb. 29. Finland has not imposed restrictions on its military aid to Ukraine, Hakkanen added.
