New York (AFP) - A New York architect was charged on Friday in connection with the long-unsolved murders of three women whose bodies were found near a beach on Long Island more than a decade ago. Rex Heuermann, 59, is facing murder charges for the 2009 and 2010 deaths of the three women and is the "prime suspect" in the murder of a fourth woman, officials said. New York (AFP) - A suspect has been arrested in connection with the serial murders more than a decade ago of several women whose bodies were found wrapped in burlap on a beach on New York's Long Island. Police did not immediately identify the man taken into custody, but press reports on Friday said he was Rex Heuermann, a New York City architect.
