Russia called off the scheduled launch of three astronauts to the International Space Station just moments before takeoff on Thursday, but officials confirmed the crew was safe. Four astronauts headed to the International Space Station on Sunday where they will oversee the arrivals of two new rocketships during their half-year stay.
