Overnight, Russian forces carried out a coordinated aerial assault involving 22 missiles of different types and 14 Shahed drones, as reported by the Ukrainian air force. Three Russian missiles slammed into a downtown area of the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv on Wednesday, hitting an eight-floor apartment building and killing at least eight people, local officials said.
