Pennsylvania District Reopens Schools After Escaped Inmate Danelo Cavalcante Is Arrested
A school district in southeastern Pennsylvania, which had closed all of its schools and offices on Tuesday, announced that schools would reopen after Danelo Cavalcante, an escaped inmate, was captured.
