Tyrese Gibson Sues Home Depot For $1 Million, Alleges Racial Discrimination Over Being Denied Service
On Wednesday, Tyrese Gibson and two of his associates filed a lawsuit against The Home Depot, alleging that they “experienced outrageous discriminatory mistreatment and consumer racial profiling” when visiting a store in West Hills, California, in February. The actor and the two other men, Eric Mora and Manuel Hernandez, are looking for $1 million in damages.
