Nebraska volleyball player Harper Murray did not appear in court on Wednesday and her attorney asked to push a hearing back to June on her behalf, the Lincoln Journal Star reports. Murray was arrested and charged with DUI, an unlawful act of the Motor Vehicle Operator’s License Act and careless driving on April 5. According to the Lincoln Journal Star, police said she had a blood-alcohol content level of 0.169%, about double the legal limit.
