A group of students at a South Jersey high school are under investigation for organizing an alleged hate group involving racial bias, school officials said. After taking back operations of animal control at the beginning of the year, Jersey City is now extending its services to Hudson County neighbors near and far. The city is planning to provide animal shelter and control services for Hoboken and Guttenberg throughout the year. A New Jersey man who authorities was speeding when he caused a head-on crash in Atlantic County that killed a new mother has been charged with manslaughter. Karina E. Castillo was driving her car west on on Black Horse Pike in Hamilton at 2:15 p.m. on April 3 when it “made contact” with an SUV driven by Stephen Sirch, officials said.
