Quick bell pepper pizza

Ingredients for 6 people:

500 g red peppers
4 spring onions
80 g black olives, pitted
50 g tomato paste
5 tablespoons olive oil
salt, pepper
chili flakes
1 roll of pizza dough (400 g, from the refrigerated section)
dried oregano
300 g mozzarella
40 g freshly grated parmesan

Preparation:

1. Rinse the peppers, cut out the stem and remove the seeds. Rinse peppers and pat dry. Finely slice or chop peppers. Clean, rinse and finely chop scallions. Olives halve.

2. Mix tomato paste with 3 tablespoons olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and vigorously with chili flakes.

3. Place pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread tomato paste on top. Sprinkle with oregano. Put peppers, spring onions and olives on top. Slice mozzarella and place on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and with oregano. Drizzle remaining olive oil over the top. Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees (gas: level 4-5, convection oven: 200 degrees) for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
