Peach Mint, Spinach Avocado and Cranberry Banana Smoothie

Peach and mint smoothie

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 jar (540 g) peaches (with liquid)
1 small bunch of basil
8 stalks of mint
125 g silken tofu (alternative: yogurt)
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
grated zest and juice of 1 organic lemon
2 tsp grated organic orange peel

Preparation:

1. Chop peaches and put them in a blender together with the liquid.
2. Rinse herbs, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop the leaves.
Add herbs, silken tofu, ginger, lemon zest and juice.
3. Blend vigorously and stir in the grated orange zest. Smoothie
Pour into glasses.
Tip: Instead of peaches, you can also use apricots.

Spinach Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

100 g young spinach leaves
2 avocados
150 g pineapple pulp
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons agave syrup
Mineral water

Preparation:

1. Clean and wash spinach. Cut avocados in half and spoon out flesh.
Cut pineapple flesh into small pieces.

2. Put spinach, avocados, pineapple, citrus juice and agave syrup in a blender and puree finely. Add enough mineral water to make a creamy smoothie results.

Cranberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 banana (approx. 150 g pulp)
250 ml almond drink
400 g wild cranberries
some lemon juice to taste
1 pinch of cinnamon to taste

Preparation:

1. Peel banana and cut into pieces. Blend banana with almond drink, 150 ml cold water and wild cranberries in a blender until smooth. Season with lemon juice and cinnamon to taste. Pour smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Tip: Instead of water, you can also blend the smoothie with a good handful of
of crushed ice. This guarantees an ice-cold treat on hot summer days!
