Roasted melon - apple - skewers

Ingredients for about 4 people:

¼ watermelon
700 g tart apples
juice of 2 limes
1 geh. Tbsp. brown sugar
3 tablespoons white rum
100 ml pineapple juice
1 tsp. lavender flowers
approx. 8 very small sage leaves
Also needed:
Some shish kebabs

Preparation:

1. Cut melon into wedges, peel and cut into large pieces. Apples
wash, quarter, cut out core. Cut into large pieces.

2. Mix lime juice, sugar, rum, pineapple juice, lavender flowers and sage.
Sprinkle over prepared fruit and let steep for about 15 minutes.

3. Put the fruit on skewers and grill under a hot grill for a few minutes.
