Turkey cutlets with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 g turkey breast fillet
1 onion
250 g mushrooms
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
200 ml whipping cream
125 ml crème fraîche
salt, pepper
1 bunch chives

Preparation:

1. Cut the turkey breast into strips. Peel and dice the onion. Mushrooms
clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a large, coated frying pan. Brown the turkey breast in it. Reduce the heat slightly. Add the butter in the pan. Add the onion and mushrooms and fry.

2. Stir in the cream and crème fraîche and reduce until creamy. Season with salt and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Serve the cut meat sprinkled with the chives. Serve with rice sprinkled with curry.
