Ingredients for 4 people:
250 g yoghurt, 1.5 % fat
100 ml buttermilk drink orange-mango
Grated zest of 1 organic lemon
2 tbsp sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
Also:
250 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
100 ml cranberry juice
1 heaped tablespoon cornflour
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
1. Mix the yoghurt with the buttermilk, lemon zest, sugar and vanillin sugar.
Pour into 8 small moulds (approx. 40 ml each). Freeze for 3-4 hours. After approx. 30-40 minutes, insert a chopstick into the ice cream mixture.
2. Sort the berries, rinse and clean them. Simmer the berries with the cranberry juice, vanillin sugar and sugar together for about 5 minutes. Mix cornflour with
cold water and add to the berries. Bring to the boil while stirring. Strain through a sieve and leave to cool.
3. Remove the yoghurt ice cream from the moulds and serve with the berry gruel.
Preparation time approx. 25 minutes + freezing time.
