Egg salad

Ingredients for 4 people:

5 eggs, size M
1 small bunch of chives
1/2 bunch parsley, flat
5 tbsp salad mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
To garnish:
finely chopped radish and chives

Preparation:

1. Hard-boil the eggs in boiling water for about 8 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water. Leave to cool.

2. Peel and roughly dice the eggs. Rinse the herbs, chop the chives into fine rings. Cut the parsley into fine strips. Mix the eggs and herbs with the mayonnaise in the egg salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Serve the egg salad garnished with radishes and chives.

Preparation time approx. 15 minutes
