Small sweet strawberry pizzas

Ingredients for approx. 10 pieces:

For the yeast dough:

225 g flour
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 packet dry yeast
150 ml lukewarm water
5 tablespoons neutral oil

Also:
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp milk
50 g almond flakes
200 g strawberry and wild berry jam
10 tsp. vanilla pudding (ready-made)
1 tbsp chopped pistachios

Preparation:
1. Mix flour with vanilla sugar, salt and dry baker's yeast in a bowl. Add the water and oil and mix with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until a smooth dough is formed. Dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Shape the dough into a ball, dust with a little flour and cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for approx. 30 minutes.

2. Knead the dough briefly. Form into a roll and cut into approx. 10 pieces. Press each piece of dough between your hands to form a round doughnut (approx. 7-8 cm in diameter), making it a little thinner in the middle and a little thicker towards the edge. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for 10 minutes.

3. Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the milk and brush the dough thinly with it. Mix the rest of the condensed milk with the flaked almonds and spread over the dough dalers. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (gas mark 2-3, fan oven 160 degrees) for about for approx. 18-20 minutes. Spread strawberry and wild berry jam on the pastry. Put vanilla pudding in the middle and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Preparation time approx. 45 minutes + baking time
