Kohlrabi potato gratin with rocket crust

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 kohlrabi
600 g potatoes
salt
Pepper
1 2 cloves of garlic
350 g whipped cream
50 g medium Gouda
50 g Parmesan cheese
100 g dried tomatoes
1 small bunch rocket
2 tbsp olive oil
fat for the mould

Preparation:

1. Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes and slice or cut into very thin slices. Layer in scales in a greased gratin dish. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Mix with 200 g cream and drizzle over the vegetables.

3. Finely grate the Gouda and Parmesan. Cut the tomatoes into strips. Wash the rocket, shake dry and chop coarsely.

4. Mix the prepared ingredients and olive oil and spread over the gratin. Drizzle with the remaining cream. Bake in the preheated oven (E - oven: 175°C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 50 minutes. Cover in between if necessary.

Preparation time approx.: 30 minutes (plus baking time)
