Plum - Bread - Casserole

Ingredients for 4 people:

3 rolls
70 g + 2 tbsp sugar
60 g butter
200 ml milk
350 g plums
2 eggs (size M)
200 g low-fat quark
1 sachet vanilla pudding powder (for ½ l; for cooking)
Also:
Grease for the mould
Icing sugar for dusting

Preparation:

1. Cut the rolls into small cubes, sprinkle with 40 g sugar, add 30 g liquid butter and hot milk and leave for approx. 15 minutes.

2. In the meantime, clean, wash, halve and stone the plums. Cut the flesh into
wedges. Separate the eggs. Mix the quark, egg yolks, 30 g sugar and the and custard powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff, fold in.

3. Mix the bun mixture with half the plums and fill into a greased mould. Fold the rest of the plums into the quark mixture and pour onto the put on top of the bun mixture.

4. Spread 30 g butter in flakes and 2 tablespoons sugar on top. Bake in the oven (electric oven: 200°C/ gas mark 3) for 35 - 45 minutes. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
