Baked potatoes with garlic shrimps

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 kg potatoes, mainly firm boiled
7 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon each of chopped thyme and rosemary
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground colorful pepper
500 g frozen shrimps (without shell, defrosted)
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of finely chopped fennel seeds

Preparation:

1. Wash potatoes thoroughly under running water. Cut potatoes in half, score them crosswise and place them on the grease pan of the oven. Brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper. Bake in preheated
oven at 200 degrees (gas: level 3-4, convection oven: 180 degrees) for 35-40 minutes.

2. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Heat remaining olive oil. Fry shrimp, garlic and fennel seeds in it for 3-4 minutes. Serve the potatoes with the together with the shrimps.
