Ingredients for 4 people:

1 package (550 g) Pulled Pork
1 kg potatoes, floury cooking
salt
2 tart apples
80 g butter
100 ml milk
2 tsp thyme leaves
4 tsp grated horseradish (from the jar)
pepper
1 bunch of chives

Preparation:

1. Prepare Pulled Pork according to package directions in oven.

2. Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Boil in salted water for approx. 25-30 minutes.

3. Quarter, peel and core apples. Cut apples into pieces. Heat 20 g butter. Add apples and a small dash of water. Add apples and steam, covered, for about 10 minutes, until they almost fall apart.

4. Heat milk. Drain potatoes and mash with a potato masher. Mix in milk with a whisk. Add remaining butter in pieces and stir in together with thyme and horseradish. Loosely fold in stewed apples. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

5. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Pick the Pulled Pork apart with a fork and serve with the Potato and Apple Stuffing. Serve sprinkled with chives.
