Till Lindemann, lead singer of the band Rammstein, has been accused by multiple women of sexually assaulting and grooming them at after-show parties.

The allegations began with one woman when she went on social media to accuse Lindemann of drugging and propositioning her at one of the parties. Since then, more women are joining her in their accusations- one woman specifically stating that her drink was spiked at an after-party in Vilnius.

Rammstein is a well-known rock group in Germany. They play heavy metal and German Neue Deutsche Härte music, which is a type of rock music that originated in Germany.

They are currently on tour and their 4-night concert in Munich’s Olympic Stadium is sold out. Since the accusations, all after-parties have been canceled by the concert promoter. In addition to this, the concert promoter has also canceled the use of their “Row Zero” system. This is a unique system that Rammstein uses where people in the first row are considered VIPs and have access to the after-party.

In light of these allegations, Germany’s families minister, Lisa Paus, has announced that she believes that fans need to be better protected while they are at concerts. One way she suggests this is that there should be designated areas for women at concerts that are safe areas. In addition, there should be teams of people that can help women who may have been sexually assaulted. Paus has also called for Rammstein to end the “Row Zero” system.

Many people have called for the band to cancel the rest of their tour in Europe. Others have been trying to sell their tickets online through the platform Eventim.

The band has denied all the claims made against them. They recently posted this statement on Twitter: “With regard to the allegations circulating on the internet about Vilnius, we can rule out the possibility that what is being claimed took place in our environment. We are not aware of any official investigations into this matter.”

They have hired a PR agency that specializes in crisis management to assist them with the damage their reputation has taken. In addition to this, a law firm has been hired by the band to explore these allegations.

Die Welt, a German newspaper, has reported that a Russian woman, Alena Makeeva, has been banned from all Rammstein concerts after working with the band for five years. She has been accused of working with Lindemann to coerce women into engaging in sexual practices.
