Cinnamon buns

Ingredients for approx. 10 pieces:

1 pack frozen puff pastry (450 g)
100 g butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
50 g sultanas

Preparation:

1. Place the puff pastry sheets side by side on the work surface and allow to defrost.

2. Melt the butter over a medium heat. Stir in the cinnamon and sugar.

3. Roll out the individual puff pastry discs on a lightly floured work surface to a slightly larger size. Cut each slice in half lengthwise once.

4. Brush the strips with the butter and cinnamon sugar mixture and sprinkle with the sultanas. Roll up the strips and press the end down well.

5. Line a baking tray with baking parchment and place the snails (with a little space between them) on it. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (gas: level 3-4, fan oven: 180 degrees) for approx. 10-15 minutes.

Preparation time approx. 30 minutes + defrosting time
