Cover the crackers with fluffy chocolate mixture and place another layer of crackers and nuts on top. Repeat this process until the crackers, nuts and chocolate mixture are used up and finish with the cashew nuts. Place the mould in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Then remove the cold dog out of the mould and carefully cut into slices with a sage knife.
