Blueberry and pear spoon smoothie

Ingredients for 4 people:

500 g pears (e.g. Williams, approx. 3 pieces).
juice of 1 lemon
200 g blueberries
160 g crunchy muesli fruits
100 g kefir

Preparation:

1. Quarter the pears, peel, cut out the core and dice the pears. Place in a saucepan with the lemon juice and stew until soft. Carefully rinse and sort out. Add the blueberries and sauté for 1 minute. Leave to cool.

2. Finely grind 80 g of crunchy muesli fruit in an electric grinder.

3. Puree the blueberry-pear mix with the kefir and the ground crunchy muesli with the hand blender.

4. Sprinkle the remaining crunchy muesli fruit over the spoonfuls of smoothie. Serve immediately.

Tip:

If you are in a hurry in the morning, puree the pears from the jar with the blueberries. An alternative to the pears is chunky apple compote from a jar or home-made.
