回転寿司と寿司屋の違いについての英会話を見てみましょう。

A：お皿が回ってこないところで寿司を食べるのは初めてです。
A：This is the first time I’ve had sushi in a place where the plates don’t go around on a conveyor belt.
B：おや、本当に？ こうやってカウンターで寿司を食べるのが本来のスタイルなんですよ。
B：Oh, really? It’s the traditional style to have sushi at a counter like this.A：でも、この本来の仕組みだと、わざわざひとつひとつ寿司を注文しなければなりませんね。

A：In order to do that, you need to know about a lot of different types of sushi.B：確かにそうですが、一方で寿司職人さんとカウンター越しにやりとりを楽しむことができますよ。
