In the ongoing battle between Kevin Costner and his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner, Baumgartner is now requesting more money.

In court filings, she is seeking an additional $248,000 per month for child support.

Baumgartner is claiming that this amount is less than what she needs to maintain her children’s lifestyle. In addition to this, she wants Costner to pay for all of their kids’ school tuition, extracurricular activities and expenses related to health care.

Baumgartner has refused to move out of their $142 million California mansion. Costner claims that he is now “homeless.”

The two share three children together, Cayden, Hayes and Grace

Costner has requested joint custody of the children with Baumgartner.

In 2022, Costner’s income was $19,517,0641 and the family expenses were $6,645,285, not including taxes. The total net income remaining was $7,595,520.

The family expenses include frequent traveling, to places such as the Caribbean, Hawaii and Aspen. It also includes caterers, chefs and the upkeep of their different properties, totaling $2 million per year.

Costner has already agreed to pay $38,000 per month for child support and all costs related to their kids. This does include the various expenses that Baumgartner previously asked for.

In addition to this, Costner has offered her $30,000 a month to find a rental house and $10,000 in moving fees. He also agreed to allow her to use the property staff to help her move out.

On top of all this, Costner has already paid $1 million to Baumgartner, which follows the terms of the prenup.

According to the prenup, Baumgartner had 30 days to leave the property, which she has not done even though she filed for divorce on May 1.
