Los Angeles Rams’ head coach Sean McVay has announced that he’s going to be a father.
His wife, Veronika Khomyn, is pregnant with their first child, she shared on social media.
“Guess who’s becoming a dad this Football season!” Khomyn wrote. “Baby boy McVay is coming this fall and we’re so excited to meet him and love on him. I can’t believe he’s been growing on in my belly for five months already.”
Khomyn, who used to be a model but now works in high-end real estate, also included a photo of their pet dog sporting a scarf that said “I thought I was the baby!”
The two were both living in Washington, D.C. when they first met. He had the role of a tight-end coach and offensive coordinator with the Washington Commanders from 2011-2016. She was attending George Mason University in Virginia where she received her bachelor’s in intercontinental business and her master’s degree in international administration from Arizona State University.
They got engaged in France in 2019 and had a chic wedding at the Beverly Hills Hotel on June 4, 2022.
McVay led the Rams to a 23-20 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl LVI.
McVay has been with the Rams for eight years now and currently holds a record of 60-38.

Prior to Super Bowl LVI, he stated, “I love this so much that it’s such a passion, but I also know that what I’ve seen from some of my closest friends. I’m gonna get married this summer, want to have a family and I think being able to find that balance but also be able to give the time necessary. I’ve always have a dream about being able to be a father and I can’t predict the future, you know?”
