Grapefruit salad with banana and pomegranate

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 pink grapefruits
2 bananas
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tsp honey
1 pomegranate
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Mint to garnish

Preparation:

1. Peel the grapefruit, removing the white skin, reserving the juice. Cut the grapefruit fillet. Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Mix the lemon juice with the grapefruit juice and honey. Pour over the fruit.

2. Cut open the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Arrange the fruit salad and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and pistachios. Serve garnished with mint.
