Chicken Knuckles

Ingredients for 4 persons:

1,2 kg chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons oil
salt, pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic
150 g tomato ketchup
6 tbsp orange juice
4 tbsp. liquid honey
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2-3 tsp hot mustard
a few dashes of Tabasco
parsley to garnish

Preparation:

1. Wash the drumsticks and pat dry. Brush all around with oil and season with salt and pepper.

2. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (E.-Herd: 225°C/gas: level 4) for 10 minutes, turn over and cook for a further 10 minutes.

3. In the meantime, peel the garlic and press it through a press. Mix with ketchup, orange juice, honey, vinegar and mustard. Season with a few dashes of Tabasco. Brush the drumsticks with the mixture and cook for another 10 minutes.

4. Before serving, sleeve and garnish with parsley.
