Melania Trump is keeping her distance from her husband former President Donald Trump as he faces yet-another indictment, this time in Georgia for his effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

Melania has spent her summer in New York City living in Trump Tower with her son Barron Trump, while Donald is living in Bedminster, New Jersey, at his golf course. He currently is facing 91 state and federal charges against him in four different jurisdictions.

The ex-president has continued to campaign for the GOP 2024 presidential nomination without Melania at his side. In 2020, she frequently attended his events.

Melania reportedly prefers her private life, unlike her husband who craves the spotlight and wants to be left alone by the press.

She has spent much of her time with her parents and son, who is said to be the focus of her life.

Earlier this year, she released a set of NFTs with patriotic themes.

Some observers have said that Melania is using the ex-president’s legal troubles to re-negotiate her prenup for better terms for herself and Barron.

Last month, it was revealed in FEC filings that Trump’s super PAC had paid $106,000 to Melania’s stylist in the past six months.

The Georgia indictment comes with 13 felony counts against Trump, which include filing false documents, making false statements and running a criminal organization to overturn the 2020 presidential election, a violation of the state’s RICO law, which is often used against organized crime and drug dealers.
