Mug Cake (Microwave)

Ingredients for 2 people:

30 g butter
25 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
60 g ground almonds, flaked
2 eggs (M)
60 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
5 tablespoons almond drink
1 tsp grated organic lemon zest
butter for the cups

Also:

80 g red currants
80 ml whipped cream
2 Meringues Waves (15 g)

Preparation:

1. Melt butter in the microwave at 900 watts for 15 seconds.

2. Mix flour with baking powder and almonds. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, almond drink and lemon zest until foamy. Stir in flour mixture and butter.

3. Brush mug with butter. Pour in batter. Microwave at 900 watts for 4 minutes.
