Ingredients for approx. 20 pieces:

1 baking mix (220g) pizza dough
1 tablespoon oil
1 kg vegetable onions
100 g lean raw ham
20 g butter/margarine
2 tsp caraway seeds
salt
pepper
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
200 g whipped cream
50 ml milk

Preparation:

Prepare pizza dough according to instructions. Use the pizza sauce from the package elsewhere. Let dough rise. Cut onions in half and into strips. Dice ham. Heat fat, lightly fry ham cubes in it. Add onions and sauté. Season with caraway, salt and pepper. Allow to cool down a bit. Whisk eggs, egg yolk, cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread onions on top. Pour egg cream over it. Bake in oven (electric oven: 200 degrees/circulating air: 170 degrees/gas oven: Level 3) bake for 30-40 minutes.

Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes (without baking time)
