Hazelnut spread

Ingredients for 1 jar á 200 g:

70 g whole hazelnuts
100 g sugar
30 g dark cocoa powder
75 g soft coconut fat

Preparation:

1. Roast the hazelnuts and chop them coarsely with a knife.

2. Mix all the other ingredients together with the hazelnuts in a stand mixer on the highest speed.

3. Remove from the refrigerator about 1 hour before serving.

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes
